PHOTOSHOP!

All photoshop works will be displayed here, this is what we've got so far!

The very first attempt at photoshop! I decided to use one of my favorite pictures of my dog, Henry in my moms old work jacket. I decided to place him in a construction site since their uniforms appear to be similar.

The assignment was to learn to erase the backgrounds of images to place your subject elsewhere

Here he is again! The second assignment was to learn how to quick select things in images.

I chose him once more because his fiendish smile fits the background image of the flaming house, showing no hint of remorse as he sees the results of his actions

This assignment was to learn to use the magnetic lasso and to use filters provided to us by photoshop

I wasn't sure what to do for this one so i placed the image of the camera on a podium and then used a filter to make it look different

For this one the goal was to make a collage using at least 6 photos so I decided to make one using more pictures of Henry, taking inspiration from memes where the subject appears to be contemplating their life decisions

Here we were supposed to learn how to use the clone stamp, I copied the squirrels and some other background elements :]

The assignment for this one was to just add text to one of our photos, essentially creating a meme.

I've decided to have Henry as the subject once more

For these we we're learning how to use adjustment layers!

The first one, on the left was practice with using curves on photoshop, I ended up just making the pinks and reds more saturated and helping the blues stand out amongst them

I decided to practice using the gradient maps using the same picture as the last, I chose this gradient because it turned out the nicest and the colors gave it a nice vibe :]
